Your logo, crafted into every product
Most of our products can be personalised, and each technique gives a different, unique look. We recreate your logo faithfully, keep artwork fees low and deliver in industry-leading times.
Nine ways to make it yours
Filter by the material of your product to see which methods are available, what finish each one gives and how large your design can be.
Precision you can watch
Here is what happens to your logo once you approve the proof.
Laser engraving on metal
Our laser traces your artwork line by line, removing the powder coat to reveal the bright aluminium beneath.
- 1Your approved artwork is loaded and positioned on the cover.
- 2The laser engraves the design with fine, precise detail.
- 3The engraved covers are finished and ready for your menu.
Gold foil blocking
A classic, hand-finished technique. Heat and pressure transfer the foil onto the cover, leaving a crisp, metallic impression of your logo.
- 1A die is made from your approved logo.
- 2Gold or silver foil is laid over the cover in the press.
- 3Heat and pressure transfer the foil, leaving your logo shining.
Heat debossing
The classic heat debossing method, for certain materials only. Heat and pressure press your logo into the cover, leaving a darker, indented impression.
UV printing
Your design is printed in full colour straight onto the surface, and UV light cures the ink instantly for a sharp, durable finish.
Sublimation
Heat turns the ink into a gas that bonds with the surface, giving vibrant, full-colour designs that won't peel or crack.
Wood engraving
Precise laser engraving on our wooden products. The engraving reveals the natural colour of the wood underneath.

Good to know
Can I see a sample before I order?
Yes. Samples of all of our personalisation options are available at any time. Contact our sales advisors and they will help you find the right finish for your establishment.
What if my logo is larger than the standard area?
Standard maximum areas are 90 cm² for wood engraving, foil blocking and heat debossing, and 60 cm² for metal engraving. Larger sizes are available, price on application.
Can I combine two techniques?
Yes. For example, a wood cutout that reveals the paper underneath can be combined with wood engraving with colour infill for a stronger visual impact.
What colour will shadow print give on my metal menu?
Shadow print is a monochrome technique whose result depends on the menu colour. On white and grey metals it gives a dark blue finish; on green, blue and brown metals it gives a dark grey finish. For full colour, choose a white metal menu.
What does engraving look like on a blue metal menu?
Metal engraving normally reveals the natural silver of the aluminium underneath. On blue menus it reveals a paler blue finish instead.
Which foil colours are available?
Gold and silver are standard. Clear foil and additional colours are available on some ranges; ask our team which options suit your product.
Not sure which finish is right for you?
Send us your logo and tell us about your venue. We'll recommend the best technique, prepare proofs and send samples if you'd like to see the finish in person.
